By registering for or using any services provided by 33win, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. 1. Introduction & Scope of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website, mobile app, and all services operated under the brand 33win ("Platform"). These terms apply to all users, visitors, and registered members who access or use the Platform.
33win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
The Bahasa Melayu version is the official version for members in Malaysia. In the event of any conflict between a translated version in another language and this Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
The effective date of these terms is 1 January 2026. Previous versions are available upon request through customer support for reference purposes.
To register and use our services 33win, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:
- Aged 18 years of age and above on the date of registration. We strictly enforce this age requirement and may request proof of age at any time.
- Must be acting in a personal capacity and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
- Must be capable of making legally valid decisions and not be in any condition that impairs legal capacity.
- Never declared bankrupt or subject to any ongoing bankruptcy proceedings.
Participation Restrictions
- Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform.
- Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of 33win staff are not eligible for membership.
- Individuals who have been required to self-exclude from any gambling platform are prohibited from registering.
Warning: Providing false information regarding age or identity is a serious offence and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances without notice.
3. Registration & Account Management
Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at 33win. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated, along with the forfeiture of all balances and wins.
Registration Details
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date at all times.
- Full name, identification card number, and bank details must match each other for KYC verification purposes.
- The registered phone number will be used for two-factor verification (OTP) for every withdrawal.
- You are responsible for updating your personal information should any changes occur.
KYC Verification
The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory for all members making their first withdrawal or when certain thresholds are reached. Documents that may be requested include MyKad or passport, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit is RM 30 for all payment methods.
- Deposits are processed instantly via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and major Malaysian banks.
- All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
- Deposits made in a third party's name or using another person's account are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal is RM 30. The maximum daily withdrawal is RM 50,000.
- Withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes depending on the chosen method.
- 33win charges no fees on any withdrawal.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements that must be met before they are eligible for withdrawal.
- Withdrawals can only be made to an account registered under the same name as your 33win account.
33win does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. Any charges incurred are from your own bank or eWallet provider.
5. Bonus & Promotion Rules
All bonuses and promotions offered by 33win subject to the specific terms stated in each offer. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:
- Wagering Requirement (Rollover): Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. These requirements are clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
- Validity Period: Each bonus has a validity period that must be observed. Unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements within the specified period will expire automatically.
- One Active Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus is permitted at any one time. Activating a new bonus while another is still active may result in the original bonus being cancelled.
- Bonus Abuse Prohibition: Any attempt to exploit, cheat, or abuse the bonus system, including the use of multiple accounts, will result in immediate account termination.
- Right of Refusal: 33win reserves the right to reject, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion if fraud or abuse is suspected, without prior notice.
All games available at 33win uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) verified by independent auditors to ensure complete fairness. The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed except in cases of verifiable technical error.
Sports Betting
- Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except through the cash out feature if available.
- If a match is postponed for more than 24 hours from the original scheduled time, the bet will be cancelled and the stake returned.
- 33win reserves the right to correct obvious odds errors and cancel the relevant bets if necessary.
Casino & Online Games
- All casino game results are final once the round is completed.
- In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, 33win will attempt to restore the game record from the system and settle the bet based on available data.
The use of automation software, bots, or any unauthorized method to play is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
7. Account Security & Privacy
You are fully responsible for keeping your account login details secure. 33win you, including your username, password, and OTP. 33win will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, phone, or live chat.
- Report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity in your account to customer support immediately.
- 33win uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all your data and transactions.
- You agree not to share your account with any other party, including family members.
- 33win is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account login details secure.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
33win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member account for the following reasons, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the situation:
- Fraud, falsification of information, or suspected or proven illegal activity.
- Intentional abuse of the bonus system, arbitrage, or deliberate platform exploits.
- Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
- Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual.
- Self-exclusion or voluntary suspension request by the member.
For accounts terminated due to fraud, all balances in the account may be forfeited. For terminations due to other non-fraud-related reasons, eligible balances will be returned to the member once the investigation is complete.
